Expansion of AVL Hamilton’s facility to approximately 235,000, with the addition of Plant D. Plant D, a 25,600 square foot facility is designed to support growing customer demand and large-scale projects. This new plant adds six monthly production spots to AVL’s manufacturing schedule, significantly increasing throughput and reducing lead times.

Plant D is equipped with four 35-tonne cranes, allowing the team to safely handle and assemble some of the industry’s largest and most complex enclosure systems. This investment not only enhances AVL’s heavy-lift capabilities but also solidifies its position as a leader in custom-engineered solutions for power and infrastructure.
