Co-op Programs
AVL has a history of supporting students in a number of professional disciplines through CO-OP Programs. Co-operative education is a three-way partnership between us, Colleges or Universities and individual students.
Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are a form of post-secondary training that teaches the skills and competencies necessary to perform tasks to an industry standard. Once the apprentice has completed the required hours and/or modules for the trade, the apprentice can write a certification exam.
We have a long history of supporting skilled labor in a number of Apprenticeship Programs including but not limited to: Industrial Electrician (442A), Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A), Welder (456A), and Metal Fabricator (437A)
